If you want it, you get it at Clear Lake Gardens. We know the financial strains a wedding can take, and we want to make sure that your wedding will not be a financial burden. We provide top quality service, at affordable and reasonable fees. Contact our site coordinator for a free quote on your dream wedding. It may be more of a reality than you think.

Base Fee: $2000
Our pricing table is a little more efficient than others that you have seen in the past. Instead of limiting you to our amenities or making Brides with less guests make up for those with more, we customize packages to each individual Bride. Provide us with your estimated guest list, and how much or how little you would like completed for you, and we will give you an estimate of your total cost. You have the option to go as little as just renting the site, or as much as being able to just arrive here, and have everything done for you!

Catering
We do not require that you choose a professional caterer. Nor do we require you to pick one from our list. We think that planning your wedding and choosing the people that best suit you is the best option. Your caterer is welcome to come out to the site and view their setup area ahead of your event. Be sure to give the information of your caterer to the Wedding Site Coordinator once you have finalized those details.Booking and Deposits
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book and hold your event date. The remaining portion and refundable $250.00 security deposit are due no later than 60 days before your event. Remaining details can be discussed at your free appointment with the Wedding Site Coordinator.
